FireBall XL Chef Knife

The Route 83 FireBall XL chef knife is built for precise slicing, dicing and everyday food preparation. Its 8½-inch blade combines a Japanese VG-10 cutting core with 67-layer Damascus stainless steel construction and a hand-hammered finish. The fine cutting geometry supports clean cuts through meat, vegetables and herbs.

Choose solid natural ebony or amboyna burl. Each multidimensional handle is individually shaped and finished in-house to fit the hand and provide a secure grip. Stainless-steel caps help balance the blade. Natural wood grain and colour vary.

Hand wash with mild detergent and dry after use. Do not place in a dishwasher. Natural hardwood handles require no routine oiling.
