Hand crafted from German steel, Moe’s EDC Chef is one of the most impressive badass mini chef knives available. It was designed with a fixed razor sharp full-tang blade that is 1/8” (4mm) thick on the spine (top edge) and larger handle to comfortably fit your grip.

The blade has been plated with Titanium for a slippery finish. Handles are made from G10 - a super tough laminate that is water proof, grippy and highly durable.
