Moe Cason Classic Meat Cleaver 9″

A substantial 9-inch cleaver designed for controlled chopping and portioning. The full-tang German steel blade has a thick spine and a hammered profile that becomes thinner toward the front, combining strength with a balanced cutting feel.

The larger, hand-shaped handle is available in natural Ebony or Italian Olive Wood. Its contoured grip and stainless-steel end caps provide control and balance. Supplied in a natural wood storage box.

CARE

Hand wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly after use. Do not put the knife in a dishwasher or leave it soaking. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the titanium-plated blade. Store dry in its box or another suitable knife storage system.
